Why We Built This Company

We believe organ meats are among the most valuable foods humans can eat. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and co-factors in their natural, bioavailable forms.

When we went looking for products that matched our standards, we couldn't find them. Most organ supplements came from animals raised in other countries, with vague sourcing and no transparency about farming practices. Even "100% Grass-fed" labels often meant very little.

We wanted organs from animals raised on pasture in the United States. Direct relationships with family farmers who practice regenerative agriculture. Complete transparency about where products come from. And a company that gives back to the land and communities that make all of it possible.

We couldn't find it. So we built it.

Carnivore Supply is based in Missouri, right in the heart of the region where our products are sourced.

Missouri has deep agricultural roots. Family farms dot the landscape, many raising cattle on pasture the way it's been done for generations. We have access to some of the best grass-fed beef and bison operations in the country, right in our backyard.

Being local matters. We can visit our farm partners. We can see how animals are raised. We can build relationships based on trust and shared values, not just invoices. When you buy from us, you're supporting a Missouri company working with Missouri and Midwest farmers.

My name is Colin. I started Carnivore Supply because I wanted organ supplements I could actually trust. Products where I knew the farmer, knew the animal was raised right, and knew the ingredient list was honest.<\/p>

We're a young company. We don't have decades of history or massive scale. We don't hold every certification yet, and we're not going to pretend we do.<\/p>

What I can tell you is that I care about doing this the right way. I'm building real relationships with farmers who share these values. I'm committed to transparency, which sometimes means admitting what we haven't figured out yet. And I'm building for the long term.<\/p>
